Futures Family offers two membership tiers:
Pro subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time. Upon cancellation, your Pro access will remain active through the end of the current billing period and will not renew. We do not offer partial refunds for unused time within a billing period.
All content shared in Futures Family — including posts by Mateo, community members, and alerts from the news bot — is strictly for informational and educational purposes only. It does not constitute financial, investment, or trading advice. Past performance discussed is not indicative of future results. Violations may result in immediate removal from the community without refund at our sole discretion.
All content created by Futures Family — including website design, written content, bot outputs, and educational materials — is our intellectual property. You may not reproduce, distribute, or resell any of it without explicit written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Futures Family and its owners shall not be liable for any trading losses, financial damages, or indirect losses arising from your use of our community, website, or news bot. Your use of our services is entirely at your own risk.
We strive to maintain consistent uptime for our website and Discord bot, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our service at any time with reasonable notice to active subscribers.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify active Pro members of material changes via email or Discord announcement at least 7 days in advance. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration rather than court proceedings, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
